COMPLIANCE & AUDIT

Every licence on Actorsy carries an unbroken chain of consent, identity, and payment evidence.

For a studio, an AI platform or their insurers, the question is always the same: can you prove you had permission to use this person's face? On Actorsy the answer is yes, in writing, for every licence, without chasing anyone. Compliance is not a report we assemble after the fact. It is how the platform works.

Identity verification

Every talent completes identity verification before their likeness can be licensed, tying each profile to a real, of-age person. There are no anonymous uploads and no scraped faces. When you license through Actorsy, you can rely on the fact that the person exists, has been checked, and is the person who gave consent.

Consent, documented

Consent on Actorsy is granular and recorded: which use categories are allowed, at what rate, in what territories and for how long. A licence can only be issued within those limits, and the resulting contract captures the exact scope agreed. If consent is withdrawn, the person leaves the pool and no new licence can be issued against their likeness.

Audit log

Every action that matters, from uploads and consent changes to licence issuance and payment, is written to an audit log. For any licensed asset, you can produce the full chain: verified identity, consent record at the time of licensing, contract, and payment to the person. That chain is what regulators, legal teams and insurers actually ask for.

Regulatory readiness

AI likeness legislation is moving quickly in the EU, UK and US, and the direction is consistent: consent records, withdrawal rights, and restrictions on sensitive use cases. Actorsy is built around those requirements today, so productions licensed through the platform are positioned for the rules as they arrive, not scrambling after them.
