How it works
Search the register by look, age range and region. Every profile shows what the person has consented to, so you only see talent who allow advertising work. Pick your face, license it, and a contract is generated recording the scope, territory and term. Advertising licences run for one year by default.

Is it legal to use a real person's face in an AI-generated ad?
Only with their permission. Using a recognisable likeness in advertising without consent exposes you to publicity-rights and passing-off claims in most territories. Every Actorsy licence records documented, verifiable consent from an identity-checked person, so your campaign has a clean chain of permission.
What exactly do I get when I license a face?
A licence contract recording the person, the permitted use (advertising), territory, term and price, plus the reference assets you need for generation. The talent is paid through the platform and the transaction is logged for audit.
How long does an advertising licence last?
One year by default. When it expires you can renew for a further term. Usage outside the licensed scope or term is not permitted.
What happens if the person withdraws consent?
Withdrawal stops new licences from being issued. Licences already agreed run their contracted term, so a live campaign is not pulled out from under you.
